Hello, my name is Mary Kay Bennett, I purchased a pair of Kamki boots for my son from Runnings last November. He only started wearing them in mid-January, and they already have holes and the inner liner is ripped. I expected these boots to last much longer, so I am quite disappointed with this brand. I do have the receipt available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I can provide pictures if needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently purchased a pair of size 8 Juliet boots for my wife as a Christmas gift. Upon opening the box, we discovered two completely different boots inside. One was a Juliet boot in size 7 and the other appears to be a Sienna boot in size 6. This order was completely incorrect as the boots are not even a matching pair and are not the correct sizes. We would like to return them and receive the correct boots. Thank you.

Hello, A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a pair of Kaimik rain boots for my son from Kiddie Kobbler at Oakville Place Mall in Oakville. After only wearing the shoes for a few days, he started developing black marks around his legs due to the inner lining of the shoes. Even when he wore the shoes over his pajamas, the marks persisted and are darkening with each passing day. After just three days, he stopped wearing the shoes. When I brought the issue to the shop, they were unable to assist me and suggested I contact you via email to explain the problem. I am reaching out now in hopes of resolving this matter by either exchanging the shoes or receiving a refund. I spent $44.63 on the boots and have heard great things about the quality of your products. If needed, I can provide photos of my son's leg marks, the boots, and the receipt. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue.
