Help with my Kabbage issue
The issue in GetHuman-tareese's own words
I was approved for a PPP loan but the amount was incorrect. I reached out to Kabbage because they processed my income based on a ** month period but my business was started in July of ****. I was then informed by a representative that all Schedule C income is processed based on * year worth of work. However, as of last week, my relative who started his business as a handyman in July received a loan that was based on his income for * months. **Since then I have been calling Kabbage every day only to be informed the queue has timed out. I want someone to call me or reply to the email that I sent with the screenshots of his loan approval versus my loan approval. I would like to know why I was informed that all loans are processed the same when that is clearly not true. I would like a fair opportunity to get the help that I need for my small business.
