On March **, ****, around **:** am, I ordered on Paymaya mall and I paid with Paymaya. Until *:** am, I notice that my order has not been delivered yet so I emailed Jollibee regarding to my order and they emailed me back to know that they cancelled my order and I am still expecting that I am going to get my full refund which is worth of **** so I emailed them again and around *:** am, I checked all my inboxes and there were no updates from Jollibee so I messaged Jollibee on messenger regarding about my concern. Around *:** am, I checked again and there were still no updates. Around **:** pm, they messaged me back via Messenger to fill out the form so that they could address the issue and up until now, I have not received my full refund from them.

GetHuman-bunnygus did not yet indicate what Jollibee should do to make this right.
