“ Whatever it takes, we will bring nothing but JOY”.....**Today is a sad day....one of *your branches- Jollibee Noveleta Branch to be precise failed to live up to your promise of bringing nothing but JOY...*For our lunch today we decided to make a drive-thru order in this branch...first we asked what parts are available for your chickenjoy. The lady in the drive thru counter inquired in the store and they said only leg parts are available. Fine by us, since that is exactly what we want-chickenjoy leg parts. So we proceeded with ordering and paying. On the second window the lady asked for our receipt and good thing my husband noticed her bagging chickenjoy RIB, not LEG parts. We called her attention to this mistake and told her that we were assured even from the first window that leg parts were available. She asked if we are willing to wait for * minutes for the leg part. So we said yes, we can wait.** minutes later, a guy crew came to our car and gave us our orders. We asked him if this time, these are already chickenjoy leg parts and he said YES. We asked him if we can speak with the store manager and a few minutes later MS Julie Ann Banes came out and approached our car.*We told Ms Julie that this is the *rd time of ordering from Jollibee noveleta that our chickenjoy parts given were always RIBS even if we specifically asked for thighs or legs. Every time the crew would assure us that what is inside our take out bags are leg or thigh parts, only to find out upon arriving home that they gave us ribs-not what we specifically asked for*This time upon arriving at our office and we were about to partake our lunch, lo and behold we were given one leg part and another RIB part for our two drive thru chickenjoy orders*What is wrong with you guys? *We asked for leg parts for our * orders and we even waited for * minutes for it to be cooked yet, upon arriving at the office you still gave us RIB parts*I called up Jollibee Noveleta and I asked for Ms Julie. I told her that they keep making the same mistake of giving us RIB parts even if we keep telling them for leg parts and even after they assure us that it is indeed LEG parts*Is this in keeping with your slogan “whatever it takes, we will bring you nothing but JOY?”*i can assure sure, you have brought me nothing but stress and anxiety over this leg parts that you keep changing to RIBS?*Perhaps the managers and crew of Jollibee Noveleta think so little of their customers that they do not give a **** to what the customers like?*I am writing to you so you are made aware of what goes on in your stores and how your customers are affected by the inaction and apathy of your managers and crew especially in Jollibee Noveleta.*I am looking forward to hearing from you guys and how you can turn this horrible experience into one which would truly be worthy of your slogan “whatever it takes, we will bring nothing but JOY”.
