I waited to talk to customer service almost * hours. I talked to a very pleasant Asian person whom I could not understand very well. These curtains were bought on sale on another credit card from Terry Noel. She could not credit his account because I do not have his credit card...the curtains were delivered to wrong address: we were told that they would be delivered to the Columbus, Ga store where Terry now resides. The customer service individual said that if I used another credit card, then the entire shipment would be shipped to Ga. address. So I placed the order over the phone with customer service with my credit card Connie Massey. Terry is very upset, and has spoken to Columbus JCP, who will get the three missing ones as ordered. Please cancel the order on JCP card for Connie Massey for ** Eclipse curtains. there should be only one and I will not provide the number on this unprotected site. I have tried to call other numbers published on your website without success. VERY POOR online customer service.
