I was recently informed that the book store where I am scheduled for an event on August 7 has received the book order I placed as an author, Betty Bell Brown, for my book, "Pretty Much, A Memoir," in a severely damaged condition. The books are beyond repair. The store mentioned that it appears the original box was damaged, and the books were carelessly repackaged without any protective material by UPS. As a result, they received 27 copies of "Pretty Much" instead of the 28 that were ordered, along with 2 books that do not belong in the order. The book store provided their address as Fiction Addiction at [redacted] Woods Crossing Rd #5, Greenville, SC [redacted], and their contact number is [redacted]. I am seeking assistance in replacing the damaged books promptly.

I believe the concerns raised by Stephen Colbert and the group of [redacted] authors are valid. Obtaining information from both Ingram Sparks and Amazon has been challenging. My book was released in October [redacted], and so far, I have only received $25 from Amazon and nothing from Ingram Sparks. It feels like a complete rip-off. As an author, I found out about the lack of information privacy policy related to the stores buying my books and the quantity purchased, which is unfair. Additionally, Amazon's request for order numbers to verify payment seems unreasonable, especially for international orders. It's unjust, and I plan to join Colbert's list of dissatisfied authors. - Margot Elaine J.

Hello, my name is Nate Imoniruwe, and I am the author of the book "The Prisoner of Unforgiveness." My book was published on Amazon Adbook Press without my knowledge. After discovering errors in my book, I realized that my manuscript requires corrections. BookUnlimited2016 informed me that my book is associated with your company. Could you please hold off on selling my book until I have made the necessary corrections to the manuscript? The price of my book is $14.99. You can contact me at [redacted] if needed. Thank you.

My name is Carey Smith, and during the approval process, I was requested to pay an additional $85 for a print on demand and wholesale distribution service. I made the payment once but then attempted it two more times as I thought the first one had not been processed. As a result, my credit card was charged $85 three times instead of a single $85 charge. The approval was for title [redacted][redacted], "The Adventures of Peggy Spaghetti." I kindly request assistance in rectifying this mistake.

I have some inquiries about beginning the process. I would like to speak with a representative regarding my unique project. The initial costs appear surprisingly low to me, or I may be misunderstanding. I have a series of six squeaky clean historical fiction books set in the Midwest. Each book is over 50,[redacted] words, written in a local dialect, and shares the same setting and characters. I am looking for affordable retail options to make the books more accessible. Additionally, I have children's titles that I would like to discuss.

On May 22, [redacted], 47 days ago, I placed an order for 26 copies of my book under order number SPK-[redacted]-1. Additionally, I have a bookstore customer order from June 9 with the order number SPK-[redacted]-1. Unfortunately, I have not received any of these books yet. Despite sending numerous emails to the Ingram contact address regarding this issue, I have not received a single response. Earlier today, I called their help line and left a callback number. After a few hours, I did receive a call back, but the connection was poor, making it difficult to communicate effectively. I requested a callback after explaining the issue, but the call ended abruptly without any further contact. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service and the delay in fulfilling my order. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my books.

As an author with two books on IngramSpark, I am receiving email notifications about my account being at risk of suspension if I don't login and address the issue. However, despite several attempts to login, I am unable to access my account due to an incorrect password and security question answers. I have tried all possible variations of the street I lived on during third grade, but none seem to work. I have also tried contacting customer service at 7:00 a.m. CST, but have been unable to reach a support person. I am desperate to regain access to my account and resolve this matter promptly.

There seems to be a printing issue with the children's picture book. The misregistration has caused white lines around the full-page illustrations, which were not present in the proof copy. Despite adjusting it once to ensure the bleed was correct, there are now 50 misprinted books. This situation is disappointing after investing two years of work into this project. Reprinting the books correctly is necessary to address the poor quality received by customers who purchased the book.

I recently uploaded my latest publication to your system and have received the first batch of books. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of the images in the publication. Prior to this, a local printer used a high-end laser to produce a copy, and I was satisfied with the results. While I understand that the local printer used higher quality stock, the images from your batch seem washed out. The cover quality is excellent, but the internal photos lack intensity. I believe the print quality needs improvement. If you have a record of the publication, could you please assess the print quality and see if it can be enhanced? I kindly request a reprint of the books with better quality prints that I can confidently share with readers. Order SPK-[redacted]-1, Ian Hamilton, ISBN [redacted]-0-[redacted]-0-0, "[redacted] Years Presbyterian and Uniting Church in Mackay 1[redacted]," Customer [redacted].

I'm experiencing issues with the availability of a book on Amazon.ca. The title "[redacted] Must-Know Talks of All Time" by Caroline Berglund is showing as "Temporarily Out of Stock." This book is a print on demand title through IngramSpark, and it is currently available on Amazon.com in both paperback and e-book formats. However, on Amazon.ca, there is no option to order the paperback, only a notice stating that an email will be sent with an estimated delivery time. Despite reaching out to both IngramSpark and Amazon customer support for assistance, I have not received a satisfactory response or solution to this problem after multiple attempts. I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly so that the author can effectively market the book in both the US and Canada.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to multiple failed password attempts made by both myself and my publisher. My account number is [redacted]. Despite receiving a temporary password, I have been unsuccessful in unlocking the account. My publisher in Australia, attempting to update data for my book "Stones Crying Out Fulfilling Bible Prophecy" by GG, is unable to proceed due to the password being deemed incorrect. I provided my first job location as Dublin, Ireland for identity verification, which turned out to be incorrect. Similarly, stating the only street I knew in 3rd grade as Kinvara was also deemed wrong. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue, potentially by setting up a new account. I am currently located in the UK and can be reached at +44(0)[redacted].

I am Dr. Hidaia A., and I am experiencing a significant issue with my accounts on Ingramspark. In [redacted], I created four accounts following advice from the support team to segregate my book publishing efforts for security reasons. Each of these accounts has specific books and compensation details. However, despite requesting consolidation into my main account, account number [redacted], I have not received assistance. Recently, I was informed that my accounts would be closed due to alleged violations, which I refute. I have only added two books to my primary account post-[redacted] to comply with guidelines. I fear losing all my titles due to pending cancellations across accounts. I have provided proof of identity and address and urge Ingramspark not to close my accounts unjustly. Your prompt assistance in reinstating my titles is greatly appreciated as I find these proceedings exhausting. Thank you.

I have been using Ingram for years to upload my books and have always followed the preferred formatting guidelines, including embedded fonts and CMYK covers. However, I am disappointed that Ingram no longer provides phone customer service like they did when they were Lightning Source. This change is frustrating and unprofessional. I believe that a company as profitable as Ingram should offer phone support to its customers. Waiting for email responses for simple issues that could be resolved quickly over the phone is unacceptable. I urge Ingram to reconsider this decision and prioritize providing better customer service.

Dear Ingram, I placed an order almost three weeks ago, expected in four days. I got an email that it was shipped on November 29, [redacted], but haven't received it. I think it might come via USPS, but I lack a tracking number. Please provide me with the status of order SPK-[redacted]5-1. Reach me at [redacted] or California [redacted]. Appreciate your help. I am experiencing an issue with Ingram Spark. Several months ago, I updated my book titled "Stories With Faces" with a perfect-bound version. I specifically requested that the outdated version with ISBN [redacted][redacted] be voided to avoid confusion with the new version. Despite multiple requests, almost begging, I have been unsuccessful in getting the outdated version removed from circulation. It is still being listed as "title available," leading to Amazon prioritizing it over the new version. This mix-up has resulted in me losing both readers and money. Could you please step in and ensure that Ingram Spark marks ISBN [redacted][redacted] as no longer available? Thank you for your assistance, Fred D.

I am a new author with your publishing service. I am located in Canada and am unable to obtain a free ISBN from you since I am not in the UK. I have reached out to our Federal Archives in Ottawa as they provide these numbers for free. I will provide them with your email address so they can send the new ISBNs generated in Ottawa to you. Their email address is [redacted] I have already been in touch with them to try and create these new ISBNs. Can you assist with this matter? Tomas Londan, writer.

I am having trouble reaching IngramSparks for assistance. My hardcover book is now on the Barnes and Noble website, but I noticed that after the author name it shows as TBD. This was not on the proof I approved before printing. I am unsure who to contact to have this removed from the listing or why it is even there. Can you help me understand why this is happening and how I can remove it from my listing on Barnes & Noble? Thank you.
