The site is only set up for laptop's & PC's.* *)Up to that point I could only play the free spin that's offered every four hours & I entered a bonus code (SEEKER) to receive a $***.** bonus.* *)While looking at my account summary I noticed I had $***.** available for withdraw.**) I called support again & connected with the same representative who confirmed the money was indeed available. **) I thought it was either won from one of my free spins or more than likely the bonus money from the code I entered.**) Since I was staying at the casino that had the same address as the online version, I asked for a cage withdraw... You know, I've written this so many times that I don't want to anymore. The right thing to do would be to have someone from Hyatt take initiative & show enough integrity to first gather all of my account info followed by an intelligent call to me with legitimate concern. If you can't help me, please pass it up the ladder to someone who can. * I don't suggest burying it. I will not quit. Ever. I'm that guy & I'm that mad. Especially after reading Hyatt's Constitution of ethics & employee business conduct. * Your casino deposited funds categorized as "available" (the term available funds is defined. On the casino website) into my account, leading me to believe it was available for withdraw, then re-categorized it as unpaid credit, and reported me to the collection agency "Global Payments" & froze my account with the $***.** in it.* If I settle with Global Payments, they will lift the lock on the account. * My number is:* ***-***-***** Email: * *****@***.com
