Serial*GUUGUU***Model* C**G**T**We purchased this Casablanca candelier ceiling fan*light from our local lighting store which is no longer in business. We have moved to a new home and hung the fan into our new home. Since our new home is a smart home, we need a radio controlled remote and transmitter that could be retrofitted to our fixture. Tech support told our electrician there is nothing to adapt it. For the price we paid for this fan, customer service needs to do something for us. Is it possible to send this fan back to you and have it adjusted so it can operate off a remote control? If not, would Casablanca replace it with a new version that will accept a remote control? What can you do to help us make this fan operational? The hard wired wall switch does not work in our "Smart home", only a remote will suffice. Please contact us.
