I was trying to reach hotelplanner.com to find why we have not received our refund ... We had a reservation for June * Heritage Inn, Rehobeth Beach Delaware (wedding)through hotelplanner which had to be cancelled. We contacted hotelplanner on April **th and they 'cancelled' it (confrm **********) and saif we would be refunded $***.**. After a month not receiving refund we tried contacting multiple was, phone callback, chat , email, and the *-***-***-**** number you provided. The most we have gotten back is a canned email stating our request has been updated. We called the hotel directly on ****** and found they had not received the cancellation, from Hotelplanner so they cancelled it directly. We have tried the last several days with the **** number and either get cutoff or wait for more than an hour. Our goal is to reach a person and have our refund issue resolved.
All communication channels fail. Online support chats close, phone lines have you on hold for at least ** minutes. Requested callbacks do not happen. Email responses are canned responses that our request has been updated, but no real information.
Communicating with us and letting us know when we will receive our refund.
This is our first experience with HotelPlanner . We were able to talk with a personn to make the reservation, we expect to talk to a person to resolve an issue.
We contacted the hotel on ****** and they said they had not received the cancellation from HotelPlanner , but cancelled it for us without issue. But still have to get our refund through HotelPlanner. **Our email is *****@***.com
