I bought Gir Doom Socks from your website on July 25th. It's been 9 days, and my order hasn't been shipped yet. I reached out once after 3-4 days but didn't receive a response. When I placed the order, the payment went through, but I didn't get a confirmation email. I hope this is just a website glitch and that my order was processed. I tried ordering again, but the same issue occurred. Could you please check if my order was processed and if it was shipped? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I placed an order for several items on November 27, [redacted], and it has been 10 business days since then. I am disappointed that I have yet to receive the order, especially since it took over 8 days to even receive a tracking number. When the tracking number finally arrived, it was invalid and not recognized. I am extremely frustrated with the poor service from this company. I intend to warn my friends who shop online during the holidays to cancel their orders if this is not addressed promptly. I was let down by not receiving a birthday gift on time due to the company's failure to deliver within the promised timeframe. I hope this issue can be resolved immediately. - Crystal C.

I attempted to contact customer service but waited 20 minutes without assistance. Hello, My daughter's grandmother purchased the leather jacket below online in a junior size. Order number DH[redacted]. We live one hour away from a Hot Topic located in Farmington, New Mexico. Unfortunately, the jacket did not fit, so I promptly ordered the correct size online. The details of my new order are as follows: Black Faux Leather Hooded Sherpa Girls Jacket Plus Size Item Number: [redacted]0 Quantity: 1 Price: USD $54.90 Order Number: DH[redacted] Subtotal: $54.90 Tax: $3.24 Shipping: $0.00 Discount: -$0.00 Total (USD): $58.14 We are currently traveling for Christmas and tried to return the jacket at a Hot Topic store in Muncie, Indiana. They refused the return as my daughter did not have her grandmother's credit card with her, despite presenting the receipt. Given the distance, it's challenging to return the jacket in person. I have already re-purchased the correct size. I am disappointed with this customer service experience and would appreciate further assistance. We will be visiting family in Missouri, where there is another Hot Topic store. Could you please advise me on how to proceed with the return? Kindly escalate this matter to a supervisor.

My friend and I visited the store this afternoon and headed to the back to check out the Funko pops. While chatting about a Funko pop and a movie, the manager joined in and shared personal details. She mentioned it was the last day for Hot Cash. Despite my friend not being interested and leaving his Hot Cash at home, the manager insisted on checking his balance. She pushed him to use his 6 Hot Cash, even after we politely declined multiple times. Feeling pressured, my friend decided not to make a purchase and left due to the persistent behavior. This isn't the first time this manager has behaved this way, and we've witnessed similar incidents involving other customers. Until the situation improves, we will be taking our business to a different Hot Topic location.

I am an enthusiastic Hot Topic shopper who frequently visits the Hot Topic in the Briarwood Mall, MI for collectibles and clothing. Lately, there have been significant changes in the store's layout making it challenging to locate items, especially the Disney merchandise which used to be conveniently displayed on a single shelf. The new arrangement has made it feel disorganized and frustrating to shop. Additionally, the recently appointed store manager comes across as unfriendly and overbearing. She tends to aggressively push sales and discounts, interrupting friendly staff and making customers feel pressured. Her attitude and behavior, such as eavesdropping on conversations and making sarcastic remarks, are off-putting and may drive customers away. If these issues persist, the store risks losing loyal patrons due to the unpleasant shopping experience created by the manager's actions.

I waited in line for the "Dark Phoenix" Pop along with other customers on 4/23 and 4/24. We followed Hot Topic's policies and were not causing any disruptions. Unfortunately, we were misled by a Hot Topic employee on two occasions. When asked about the "Dark Phoenix" pop, the employee claimed there were none and mentioned a box in the back that she couldn't open. We were advised to return the next day, but the same excuse was given. Another customer familiar with corporate policy intervened respectfully, requesting the manager and district manager's contact information. The employee then followed the correct procedure, opening the boxes in the morning to display the pops. It was frustrating to discover that the pops we were told weren't available were actually in stock. While waiting for a Funko Pop is a personal choice, being deceived twice without an apology is unacceptable. Hot Topic Tucson Mall should be more transparent with customers and adhere to their policies to avoid misleading situations like this in the future. It was disheartening to feel misrepresented after patiently waiting for the release date.

To whom it may concern, I encountered a significant issue with your website regarding the release of the new Nymeria pop figure. Despite waiting diligently for its launch at the announced time of 8 pm, it did not appear on the site, even after repeatedly refreshing the page and opening multiple tabs for 15 minutes. When I revisited the site at 8:30, I discovered that all the figures had been sold out. This sudden change from displaying "no results" to being sold out within 30 minutes of the promised release time is frustrating. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with your company for not honoring the specified time as this has caused me to miss out on an item I was eagerly anticipating. My son bought 3 shirts during the buy 2 get one free sale at the Sawgrass Mills store. However, two of the shirts turned out to be in "Junior" sizes. We went to the Pembroke Pines store and successfully exchanged those 2 shirts. Later, we realized his girlfriend already had one of the shirts he gave her for Christmas. When we tried to exchange it at the Pembroke Pines store with the girlfriend, the store manager Omar informed us the system wouldn't allow a second exchange, even though the shirt was unworn with all tags. We are not looking for a refund, just an exchange for one she doesn't have. I contacted Hot Topic customer service, who stated they could not assist since the purchase was in-store. I hope we can resolve this exchange hiccup promptly to avoid negative reviews for a store my kids adore. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Y. Martinez

I want to report an incident that occurred at your store in the Fashion Show Mall involving a manager named Sella or Selma. It was deeply concerning to overhear her instructing employees to target black and Asian customers with discriminatory assumptions. Witnessing this behavior was distressing, and it's clear that such actions create a hostile work environment. In today's climate, where racism is a significant issue, it is alarming to see someone in a position of authority display such discriminatory behavior. I urge you to address this situation promptly before it escalates further and impacts your company's reputation. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any workplace.

Yesterday, my mother, a baby boomer, accompanied my 10-year-old to South Lake Mall in Merrillville, IN. After walking the entire mall, my daughter selected a necklace and a blanket from Hot Topic. At the register, the millennial cashier requested my mother's phone number. Despite my mother declining, the cashier refused to proceed without the number, leaving my daughter upset. My mom, willing to pay with cash, was still denied the purchase. This experience was disappointing, particularly since my mom prefers cash over credit cards. The reference to the movie "Pretty Woman" perfectly encapsulates the situation at your store. Despite lacking purchasing power, my mom does have a strong following. Have a good day.

Order number [redacted]67 I believe my order was mistakenly canceled when all I did was inquire about its delivery date. I shared personal circumstances and asked if it would arrive by October 13, [redacted]. Subsequently, the representative canceled the backpack without my consent, leaving me without it and the matching card holder. The situation was very upsetting, and even when speaking to a supervisor named DANY, the issue wasn't resolved. As a frequent buyer of Mickey Mouse Minnie backpacks, this experience was disappointing. Next time, I will be more cautious and perhaps opt for in-store pickup. The cancellation has left me in a difficult position financially since I am on a fixed income. This incident has been stressful, and I hope such errors can be avoided in the future. Lynda W.

Dear Hot Topic, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent shopping experience at your Kennewick, WA store. On December 23, [redacted], I purchased a silver 18-inch and 24-inch padlock double wallet chain for my niece as a Christmas present. When I asked to inspect the chain before purchasing, I was told by an employee that I couldn't open the package without buying it. Feeling frustrated, I reluctantly bought the chain. After Christmas, my niece discovered that the part connecting to the wallet was missing. When I tried to return the item, I was informed that it couldn't be accepted as it had been opened. I was instructed to reach out to you if my shirt didn't arrive by September 2, [redacted], and it hasn't. Although the tracking shows it was delivered, my Hellfire Club shirt ordered on June 15, [redacted], as a back order is missing. Despite the delivery status, it's not in my mailbox or anywhere else we searched. As we've relocated and can no longer access the previous address, I fear waiting longer is pointless. I'm disappointed about the missing shirt for which I've eagerly waited after spending a significant amount. I kindly request a replacement, as this situation is upsetting. I recently visited Hot Topic to return a gift shirt with tags still on and no receipt. During the return process, I was asked for my full birth date, which I found excessive. I requested to opt out of providing this information, but the salesperson insisted it was necessary. Eventually, I reluctantly gave my birth date. I left feeling frustrated about the situation and the lack of consideration for my privacy. I now want Hot Topic to remove all my personal information from their database and affiliates. This experience has made me realize the importance of privacy and the need for customers to have the option to opt out of sharing certain details. Thank you for addressing this matter.
