I recently bought 3 Homedic Total Comfort Ultrasonic Humidifiers from Costco, but all 3 have the same issue. Each dual tank has one gallon on the right and one on the left, but the right tank remains full and doesn't release water, causing the humidifier to shut off once the left gallon is empty. One of them worked properly for the first week, the second only for a few days, and the third was faulty from the start. Wondering if it's a common problem or if I just got unlucky with three defective units.

I recently bought a Foot and Calf massager on December 14, [redacted], for $[redacted].99 USD, paid by Credit Card. I have not received any shipment notification yet. I have tried contacting Customer Service at [redacted] for two days but am currently on hold for the last 10 minutes. The status of my order #[redacted] is Awaiting Shipment. My mother bought the HoMedics Model #[redacted]. I noticed it was leaking water from the base, posing an electric shock risk. I want to alert you that a potentially dangerous product was restocked at Costco in Concord, California. The item seemed used or serviced upon purchase, putting users at risk. I suggest improving the electric shock warning to prevent accidents. I can provide pictures for further clarification. This situation could have led to a safety hazard if the leaked water reached certain components. I want to avoid others facing the same risk. I've had my HoMedics Drift table for 2 months now. Recently, I installed the drift firmware update, and since then, the table is not functioning properly with the app. I can't create or save playlists. I tried doing a hard reset on the drift, but now it won't turn back on. The app shows it's connected to the drift, but the table itself remains unresponsive. Prior to the update, my drift table worked perfectly.

I'm experiencing the same problem with our Homedics Drift Kinetic. It occurred just two hours after unboxing. The firmware update keeps failing despite attempts with two other phones. After unplugging and plugging it back in, the device won't turn on, even with the reset function. The adapter shows power with its green LED, but the unit remains unresponsive.
