Water services was supposed to be delivered to the HUD office on Wednesday, August *, ****. The delivery was not made. I called customer service and was advised delivery would be made. No water was delivered. I called Thursday, August *, **** for assistance* and again no water was delivered. I called again on Friday, August **, ****. I was told by the customer service rep that the route manager and branch chief would return my call. No one returned by call and no water was delivered to the office. We have * empty * gallon water jugs and no water. This scenario happens when the regular water guy goes on vacation and the back-up person does not deliver water to the office. The next scheduled delivery date is August **, ****. This is unacceptable as a consumer of your business. I would like to have someone in upper management to call me at (***) ***-**** to get this matter resolve as soon as possible. Again, this is unacceptable. Please have * FREE - * gallon water containers delivered to our office on Monday, August **, ****. Acct number: **************. Address: ** W. Jackson Blvd, Room ****, Chicago, IL *****.
