RE: Houston (TX) Chronicle* I am a longtime subscriber* I have not received my Chronicle for ** delivery days* I have complained to the local customer services without resolution even after talking to at least * supervisors and promises that I would get resolution* supposedly this complaint has been escalate above the District Manager* still no resolution* my Houston Chronicle account is under ph* *********** address **** Institute Lane ***, Houstson, TX ****** email address: *****@***.com. My contact with you is mainly to complaint vs the Houston Chronicle Customer Service Dept and its inability to resolution this ongoing nondelivery issue I have informed the Chronicle that if no resolution is achieved by June **, ****, I will cancel my subscription to the Houston Chronicle and post my experience on its Face Book account.
