I bought a pint of Haagen-Dazs rum raisin ice cream from our local Wal-Mart in Boutte, Louisiana yesterday. After consuming it, I experienced severe irritation and soreness in the roof of my mouth, causing inflammation and discomfort. I rinsed my mouth with warm water but still couldn't eat due to the pain. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled to address this issue following the consumption of the ice cream last night. This was a different reaction from previous purchases of rum raisin Haagen-Dazs ice cream. I'm unsure what changed with the product, but it's causing significant discomfort in my mouth, which feels sore, red, and aggravated, almost like an infection or a burning sensation. I am seeking assistance to relieve the discomfort and return my mouth to normal. Additionally, I would appreciate reimbursement for medical expenses incurred to alleviate the pain and suffering as a result of this incident, as it has caused me great discomfort and dissatisfaction after enjoying your Haagen-Dazs ice cream.

Hello, I have been enjoying your ice cream for over 28 years; it is our family's favorite brand. However, the other night while eating strawberry ice cream straight from the carton, I almost swallowed a piece of jelly or plastic-like substance. I have kept the piece, the container, and the receipt for the three containers I purchased. I believe it is crucial for you to know about this for health and safety reasons, as it could pose a choking hazard, especially for small children. Thank you, Laura Brown.

I enjoy your iconic Coffee ice cream and regularly purchase it from my local Stop & Shop in Rocky Hill, CT. Unfortunately, there is a persistent issue with their freezers not being properly maintained. The Coffee flavor is consistently stored on the top shelf, which has been experiencing freezing problems for a number of years now. I was informed about four years ago that the issue was caused by the rubber trim on the doors. When the Haagen Dazs is placed at the back of the top shelf, the pints end up covered in a layer of frost, sometimes as thick as 1/2 inch. This frost crystallizes the ice cream, rendering it inedible. Given the popularity of your Coffee flavor, the product sells quickly. However, this ongoing problem is resulting in financial losses for your company and is depriving me of the joy of indulging in my favorite treat. I kindly request that you reach out to the Rocky Hill, CT Stop & Shop to address and resolve this issue promptly.

During my recent trip to Paris, I had a strong desire for Haagen Dazs ice cream and found out the nearest store was located at Gaumont cinemas Disneyland. The website indicated their closing time was 11:00 PM, so I arrived at 10:46 PM. Upon reaching the store, I saw a few customers buying ice cream, so I joined the queue behind them. Despite the time being 10:47 PM, a male employee informed us they were closed and refused to serve us, despite his colleague assisting the customers in front of us. His rude attitude and dismissal of the website's closing hours left me and my family feeling humiliated and disappointed.

I am a 52-year-old customer who rarely complains, but I had a disappointing experience at the Haagen Daz store in downtown Sacramento, CA. My girlfriend enjoyed her coconut chocolate single scoop cone, albeit expensive. However, my Belgian chocolate shake was a letdown - foamy, runny, and lukewarm. It was not only the worst shake I've had but also the priciest at over $15.00. I didn't check the prices beforehand, assuming it wouldn't amount to much, but I was shocked at the total. The bad shake left me feeling ill, and all I seek is a refund for it. I appreciate Haagen Daz ice cream but felt let down by the quality and cost at this particular store.

About a week ago, I bought one of your ice cream containers and found a piece of tin in it, which was a scary surprise. Today, after just a couple of spoonfuls from a new container, I discovered strands of light-colored hair. It's quite off-putting. I hope you are looking into your employees' handling of your products. It's concerning and makes me question purchasing your brand again. Although this is the first time I've encountered such issues, once is more than enough. Please ensure better monitoring of your employees going forward.

I ordered a pomegranate smoothie, but the person made a blend with cookies and cream and charged me $8.95 for a small smoothie. The receipt indicated shakes and a blend with cookies and cream instead of what I ordered. This occurred at the Manlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ. I believe a small smoothie should not cost $8.95. There is also no price board visible where you place your order. Could you please look into this matter? Thank you. - Anil

I have two $50 gift vouchers totaling $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I noticed yesterday morning that I forgot to use them before the expiry date of April 30, [redacted], with less than 3 months remaining. I immediately contacted customer service, but Judy Lam declined to extend the vouchers. I tried to reach the Duty Manager, Andrew Lam, but he was unavailable. I contacted the customer service hotline again at 10:30 am to speak with Andrew Lam. I explained that due to the serious COVID-19 situation in Hong Kong, I unintentionally missed using the vouchers and requested an extension. Other companies like Wellcome, Market Place by Jason, ParknShop, and Manning's have allowed similar extensions. I ask for your understanding in granting an exception to use the vouchers promptly to uphold the company's goodwill and reputation.

In the last 5 months, I have purchased 3 cartons of Haagen-Dazs Coffee ice cream, all of which had less ice cream than stated on the label. The first two cartons were discovered to have insufficient content as I was eating them, finding a significant amount of empty space instead of ice cream. The most recent carton prompted further investigation when I noticed a lack of ice cream behind the cardboard as I placed it in the freezer. Before opening it, I weighed the carton which was supposed to contain 14 fl oz, yet it weighed only 12 oz with the lid on. The information on the bottom of this carton reads: 06-30 06:18 [redacted]. While I didn't record details from the previous two cartons, I would like Haagen-Dazs to be informed of this issue and address it accordingly.

I bought your ice cream recently and noticed a change in quality. Is it now considered gelato or "Dessert"? The strawberry flavor remained creamy, but the coffee flavor lacked creaminess. If you are reducing fat content, please label it accurately. Your ice cream used to be top-notch, but now it seems the quality has declined. It appears watered down, and it seems real cream and dairy are no longer key ingredients. It's disappointing to see the product's quality diminish.

I bought three pints of your delicious ice cream on 12/29/21 at my local Food Lion in Columbia SC on Decker Blvd. Upon opening my chocolate ice cream, I discovered it had a gritty and sand-like texture. I proceeded to open the other two pints and to my dismay, they had the same issue. The freezer attendant mentioned that their freezer had malfunctioned, and he was in the process of restocking the products. I believe this must have contributed to the ice cream's undesirable consistency. Ughhhh.

I would like to provide feedback on our recent Haagen-Dazs experience. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary with a home delivery from our favorite restaurant, including a serving of ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream was overly sweet and did not resemble Dulce de Leche as expected. We were disappointed with the taste compared to what we usually enjoy at a local ice cream parlor in downtown Toronto. Despite Haagen-Dazs' reputation, the flavor fell short. To Häagen-Dazs® Ice Cream (Nestlé): While savoring your Häagen-Dazs® vanilla milk chocolate ice cream bars, I came across a wooden stick fragment that seemed to have broken off during manufacturing. The ice cream bar stick was fine, but when I bit into the bar, the fragment ended up in my tooth, surprising me. This was an unexpected and unpleasant experience. I hope you can address this issue, as I've always loved your product and often buy it as gifts for loved ones. I recently tried your pineapple coconut ice cream and must say, it's now my top choice. However, I noticed that the ingredient list doesn't mention coconut specifically. Since I usually avoid shredded coconut due to dental reasons, I wanted to clarify this. The label only notes the potential presence of peanuts or tree nuts, not coconut. I think it would be more accurate to specify if it contains shredded coconut. It was difficult for me to give this feedback as there's no direct customer contact option without providing all my personal details. It can be frustrating not to have a simple feedback link. I have been a loyal customer, spending a significant amount on your products, and feel there should be an easier way to reach out with comments or questions about your products. Despite these challenges, I enjoy your ice cream and will continue to purchase it, even though it's pricey. I appreciate your products, even if the customer service could be improved. Hello Häagen-Dazs community, I would like to commend you on the quality of your ice cream. However, every time I visit a supermarket and see the variety of flavors available, I am amazed. There are numerous options with cakes, chocolates, salted flavors, and more. When it comes to real ice cream, there seem to be only two options - vanilla and strawberry, if you're lucky. It appears that other flavors are not popular, as they remain unsold even when offered at a lower price. I recently noticed that you have delightful sorbets in your selection. Could you consider introducing flavors like hazelnut and blueberry to locations like the one in [redacted] Großefehn? Variety would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for considering this opportunity.

I recently bought a pint of your Haagen Daz Butter Pecan ice cream from a convenience store. When I got home and tried it for the first time, I was really disappointed with the lack of flavor. It tasted like cold milk with no vanilla flavor, and even the pecans were tasteless. I only managed to eat a quarter of the container. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me regarding a refund. I plan to send back the remaining unused ice cream, although it may not be in good condition by the time it reaches you.
