HP has decided to take the laptop with it's Fan issue to a different repair destination out side Nashville . Gave HP-INVENT customer service a zero rating! Not fixed!!!!

Help with my HP Invent issue

My original post that my HP laptop PH-bs***wm gets hot and freezes up and blue screen and error messages only to find the Fan doesn't work and isn't listed in the system BIOS under utilities but it caused all sorts of problems and took time to figure out the fan never ran from day one. HP diagnosed it after running me through trouble shooting it, and said send it back so they sent me a box to send it back for repairs-postage taken care of by PH, then said it would take a month to get it fixed which puts me over HP's ** day warrantee protection,(unacceptable) It's not a year like HP says! HP sent another text ********* stating it will be fixed in a week ********. INVENT number is closed Sundays! I will call INVENT Monday ******** and let you know which date is accurate for repairs to my laptop or am I just getting BS from them? When you buy a HP laptop you only have ** days to return it for a refund, HP says if it needs repaired you got ** days to talk with HP and have it fixed by them. Nothing like their warrantee says or what the extended warrantee states, I'm just wasted my money by getting the extended warrantee. The extended warrantee gives you extended virtual and tech support not repair if your HP product brakes down and needs HP repaired. Well folks too bad your out of luck. I'll call Allstate and see what they say. More update will follow until I get my Laptop repaired and back home in working order-Fan better be running!! Truthfully, I'm tired of getting the run around--I asked for a refund and Ill buy another laptop, but that didn't happen, sorry this is long, problems and solution are lengthy to describe.

How GetHuman-kennewto fixed the problem
I contacted INVENT they sent me to HP-Customer support, but the Agent I spoke with didn't know what she was talking about? Five hours after talking with her I get an email saying my laptop is fixed and is being shipped. I got it on a text too, but my text has a tracking number, my email doesn't. All I needed when I talked with her was the order number and the serial number for her to file a new request. I've call HP support seven time over a weeks period of time, maybe bugging the **** out of them helped and maybe posting here did too! When I get it back I'll believe it. So far it's just talk, but thanks to you guys for helping with how to go about navigate their call line, that was a big help to me! I was getting real close to filing a dispute with PayPal, that's how I paid for it. Hope I don't have to go through this again! I hope I can post more when it's up and running. I know now how to navigate the system BIOS to check the Fan an ensure it was repaired-that's what started all this? Wish me luck! Hope this post helps someone else.
