I was mailed a * for * offer for HGTV magazine which I renewed on line and entered the two addresses of friends to receive the free subscriptions but I got an email saying I did not complete my transaction. My credit card bill shows that I have been charged for the subscription but I have no confirmation that my friends will get their subscriptions. When I try to do it online it is like being in an infinite loop where it says I have paid but I cannot re-enter the gift subscription addresses. Please help. Also I keep getting renewal notices in the mail and on email even though I have paid which is frustrating and makes me rethink if I want o bother re- subscribing again next year.*Thanks for your help
