Fix my unit ... I'm a new customer, I've had work done in my HVAC unit. The first invoice was for nearly ****.** . It* Included new ACunit and repair of my ductwork. Only the unit was installed. The ductwork was not fixed. I was told that they couldn't fix the ductwork without having to cut through concrete to get to it. I was charged another *** dollars for them to come back out and do what they said they'd do originally. (They were supposed to fix the ductwork) it's on the first invoice and quote. I cut a hole for them to gain access * days before which is what they used. They DID NOT have to cut anywhere in my house to gain access. I was charged another *** for the things they were supposed to do originally. WHY? They just fixed the ductwork which was what was supposed to be done on the first invoice. Also it is not properly fixed, I would have had no problems or paid even more had this been done right. I'm probably going to have to get someone to fix this properly if they cant do it. I just wanted it done right and I let them know that. I've called them about the problem with the ducts and am still waiting for a response. Either way I should not be responsible for the second charge cause that was part of the original quote and invoice. Repeat they DID NOT have to cut any access to get to the ductwork. I should not be responsible for this second charge.

Should not be charged for something extra that was supposed to be done originally.
I expect good service from the company that you tell me I can use. I should be able to pick my own contractors
