I had an issue with my past order, G-SHP-****-**-****, it took over * weeks to receive it and was faulty. **Now I am trying to purchase a new pair of (Persol PO****S Havana Green ****** Sunglasses). Google says I cannot use my current card. I'm assuming that it's not working because Google Express is currently processing my refund. **I was hoping to exchange these items and pay the difference of the new glasses. **I tried to add the "JULY**SAVE" promo to my item and for some reason it's not working. Google also mentioned that they would give me an additional $* on my next order by using code (*PLZD*HC*HC*H**B*), which I am not able to apply either. If possible, I want to get $** off my next purchase and use the same card. **May I request some assistant, this has been a really annoying experience, which I feel it could have been avoided.
