I made a payment on " Aug. **rd....on the " automated system. Ginny's waited * full weeks , to tell me that , Ginny's didn't get the payment.**I told Ginny's that i had a processing code , they didn't want it. This is the **rd - **th time that , the " live "person , did NOT want the processing code!**I'm VERY angry w* Ginny's , customer service! They were disrespectful , wouldn't let me talk , they were yelling at me , on the phone!**They did NOT care about " WHAT " happened. I called my bank , they told me that , Ginny's NEVER attempted , to get the payment! So , i called Ginny's back , to tell them " WHAT " my bank told me & the * supervisors that i talked to , were both , NOT wanting g to help me...*& instead , they were obnoxious & disrespectful , then " the supervisor....hung up the phone on me!!! I'm closing my account w* Ginny's , due to hurtful , disrespectful employees , of Ginny's! I just had a " hip replacement surgery & my *th back surgery....& i was in the hospital , but my mom was at home , if Ginny's were to call. **I NEED to file a " FORMAL COMPLAINT " , so i'd be ever so grateful , if someone would call me , at my home *.**Here's my home * (***)***-****** Mahalo.....Kini James
