Why can't this be fixed? I don't think I am asking for something that Times Herald is unable to fix. ... I am an online*supposed to for Times Herald, Port Huron, MI. My account is a mess and no one ever gets it fixed. It is set up to be deducted from bank account automatic each month. Not the case. Account name John and Betty Ruple, **** Oldewick Drive, St. Louis, MO. *****. I only want it to be the online prescription-$*.** monthly. DO NOT WANT A PAPER DELIVERED. I tried telephone trying for help but that has proved futile so I tried the chat and was disconnected. I am striking out on all. Please help. I would welcome a call (***) ***-****. I have had this account for years and I must say it has been a rocky relationship. Can you help or guide me to the proper person. Thank you.
Your service is so inconsistent. Never know for day to day. If my family wouldn't reside in the PH area, believe me I wouldn't stand for this to happen.
I have been a customer far to long to admit. Many, Many, MANY YEARS. CHECK YOUR RECORDS.
Telephone messages. In the past I contact your manager in the local PH office.
