I understand lunch time is busy but there was no car behind me when I pulled to the window. The blonde (short haired tattooed woman) was very rude. I tried asking a question before she slid my card and she couldn’t be bothered to stop. *I asked if there was ranch included and what size Bc I wanted her to add one but since she slid my card already and didn’t listen, I couldn’t. Her repsonse was yes ma’am that’s all you get one little cup. I told her I wanted to add one bit since she slid my card I obviously can’t now. She became irritated that I said that to her and turned to the long haired girl next to her and said something negative about me Bc that girl then looked over at me. *I was very displeased. *There is No excuse for her behavior. If my calling out that if she waited a moment then we wouldn’t have that problem... was an issue for her- she should not be dealing with the drive thru. *I manage a Veterinary Hospital and right down the road. I will never never return here.
