I recently changed my home insurance from Farmers/Foremost to State Farm, but they won't issue a policy to me due to my "Loss History". According to State Farm, I have had a total of seven claims between January [redacted] and January [redacted], amounting to $20,[redacted]. This is surprising to me because I have never filed a claim since I purchased and insured this mobile home. State Farm mentioned receiving this information from the LexisNexis Consumer Center in Atlanta, Georgia. I kindly request a copy of my loss history file and a statement confirming that there were no claims filed. If more details are needed, please reach out to me via email, and I will provide any necessary information. Additionally, if there were any claims against my property, I would like to receive copies of the claims, information on who filed them, and where the funds were allocated. I believe I would have documentation if these claims were legitimate. Thank you.

I was charged twice for my insurance premium by my agent in Midland, MI. Despite my attempts to update my address, he initially had the wrong one on file. He then informed me he had a refund check for the overcharged amount, but it was never received at my Florida address. I am frustrated by the repeated errors and lack of trust in his services. I am seeking a refund of the premium with interest and would like to work with a different agent who is more competent and reliable.

I recently received a notice about a 23% premium increase on one of my rental policies in Youngstown, Ohio (Policy Number: [redacted]). I am unable to access any Foremost websites, including myforemostaccount.com and foremostpayonline.com. The error message states "Access Denied" with reference number #18.ada96[redacted][redacted].eac98be. I reside in New Zealand and have encountered similar issues on US websites due to geo-blocking, which restricts non-US IP addresses from accessing certain content. I have been advised by my insurance agent, Maria Barletta at Ruddy Insurance Group, to contact the Foremost Web Help Desk at [redacted], but the call goes unanswered.
