I am writing regarding Vincent Fullard's job offer that was recently revoked without any clear explanation. Unfortunately, my husband's HR representative failed to provide updates on his onboarding progress. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to HR Rep Rachel Poole via calls and emails, her lack of responsiveness has been concerning. Finally making contact on January 23, [redacted], Rachel directed my husband to her supervisor, who falsely claimed he hadn't submitted his medical paperwork. However, the paperwork was promptly uploaded to the portal by the doctor's office on the appointment date. The lack of communication from Fluor's HR department is alarming. Today, the unjust revocation of the job offer took place, and this situation is unacceptable. I kindly request for a member of the HR team to contact Vincent at [redacted] to clarify the communication issues during his onboarding process.
