On December 15, [redacted], I had my brakes and rotors replaced at your center where I have been a customer for almost twenty years. Upon picking up my car, I noticed a loud squeaking noise when reversing. The manager initially dismissed it as normal for a Lexus, but the issue persisted. Recently, while getting my exhaust checked at a different garage, the mechanic discovered a crucial component had been incorrectly reinstalled, causing damage to my brakes and rotors. I had to pay for replacements. The mechanic is willing to provide details. Although the manager at the Forest Dr. center only agreed to reimburse my latest invoice, the mechanic is ready to clarify the issue to anyone. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On March 12th, I went to the Richmond Heights location of Firestone for an issue with one of my tires. The service representative, Matthew 77, informed me that I needed a new rim for $[redacted].84 due to an issue with the current rim. I sought a second opinion and was able to resolve the problem elsewhere for a more reasonable price. After getting the rim cleaned, my tire no longer loses air. This experience has made me lose trust in Firestone as a long-time customer, especially with the excessive quote provided. I am now hesitant to have my 50,[redacted]-mile checkup done with them.

Three weeks ago, I visited the Firestone location at McNiel and Kell in Wichita Falls, Texas, to schedule an appointment for purchasing and installing tires from them. The staff convinced me to order the tires through them, promising a 20% discount using my Firestone account. However, on the day I went in to have the tires installed, they were not able to charge the correct amount to my account, so I ended up paying $[redacted]. After installation, I noticed a system failure signal in my car and was told to bring it back. Despite multiple visits for sensor replacements, the issue persists. My mechanic informed me that the technician damaged a sensor connection, which will cost $[redacted] to repair. When I requested a refund due to these problems, I encountered resistance from Stephanie, who was unhelpful and dismissive. I have escalated this issue to the Better Business Bureau and notified fellow teachers in the district to beware of this establishment. As someone dealing with health issues, this experience has been especially challenging for me.

I had an appointment scheduled at Firestone in Charleston, WV for 6/12/21 at 8:00. However, when I arrived, the tires I ordered from Tire Rack were not available. The customer service provided by store manager Nathan Parks was unsatisfactory. They claimed they couldn't see Tire Rack's information and vice versa. Despite having a confirmed appointment, there were no efforts made to resolve the issue or make alternative arrangements. This lack of responsibility and professionalism led me to take my business elsewhere. I finally received my tires, but I will have them installed by a different provider. The experience with the customer service agent and store manager was disappointing, and I will not be returning to Firestone.

I recently had a brake fluid leak in my [redacted] Ram truck and brought it in for repairs. The recommended service included new tires, but the cost was over $[redacted], so I opted to only fix the brakes for now. The brake service I received included lifetime calipers, new rotors, discs, and pads, but I declined to replace the tires, bearings, and seals. Two weeks later, while driving to work at 50 mph, the front passenger tire detached from my truck. Thankfully, I avoided an accident. After having the vehicle towed to the car shop, I was informed that the tire bolt was likely not securely fastened, causing it to come off. The repair quote for my truck, including a complete new brake job, was $[redacted]. When I contacted Firestone, they initially offered to take care of the issue but later denied any fault and refused warranty coverage. I am unable to afford the $[redacted] repair cost. How can I address this situation without incurring the full expense?

Hello, I'm Bobby J. C. I visited your Fort Bragg location today, and I have some concerns about the services provided by Fire Stone. I had booked an appointment online, but when I arrived, the employee said it didn't carry over, essentially rendering it useless. He mentioned this has been an ongoing issue. Later, he informed me that I needed to replace my front two tires due to a separated belt and loose ball joints. I clarified some mechanical details with him, but his explanations seemed inconsistent. Ultimately, they refused service unless I purchased new tires. Upon inspecting my vehicle, they told me the belt was not separated but the tire needed to be rotated. I also questioned the ball joint issue, to which the technician had no clear answer. I believe they tried to oversell me services I didn't require. Fortunately, I have a background in mechanics and was able to challenge their assessments. I'm concerned that others in the military community, who may not have such knowledge, could be taken advantage of. I tried to contact the store manager, Randall Davis, regarding the situation, but unfortunately, no one picked up.

I visited my local Firestone dealer on Sunday, Sept 11th to purchase new tires with a $[redacted] rebate offer. Despite applying for a Firestone credit card, I couldn't use it as the number was not provided on the same day. On Sept 15th, I learned the tires I wanted didn't qualify for the $[redacted] rebate which was disappointing. When I inquired during my appointment on the 15th, I was informed my tires were not eligible. Feeling frustrated with Firestone, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. The lack of customer service and the manager's indifference has left me dissatisfied. I am self-employed and cannot afford to waste time waiting on the phone for their apology. Discount Tire, where I received better treatment, has earned my business for this tire purchase.
