Purchased food last night from Dairy Queen, I had ordered the four piece chicken basket and *-piece steak basket. I had sent a text message to the runner asking her to please make sure that the food was correct and that the items were freshly made. I heard from the runner one time and when she got to my door she handed me my food and stormed off she did not say thank you she did not address me she just basically shoved the food in my hand and turned around and left anyways back to my order. When I received my order there were two *-Piece steak finger baskets, so I called I attempted to call favor three and four maybe five times last night I was on hold waiting to speak with somebody for at least ** minutes when the answering service would come on and ask you to leave a message brief detail name and you're the reason for calling I have used favor probably about four or five times and each time something is messed up I don't know how else to get this problem resolved it's a very convenient program that you have but at the same time when the food is continuously messed up there's got to be some sort of repercussion or something reimbursement to that customer for not being able to enjoy the food that I purchased or ordered at a reasonable time. Needless to say I was never able to contact anybody I sent an email and I also sent a text message to neither nobody has responded so here I am again trying another way and see if this will work I am very frustrated I am very irritated and I am just at the point where I no longer want to use the services because it does me no good when I have to go spend time on the phone trying to get things resolved my daughter was not able to have her food last night so I gave her one of the four piece taking your baskets and my husband went without eating what I had originally ordered for him due to the fact that we didn't get it and it's plain as day on the receipt chicken strip basket and * *-piece steak fingers I appreciate the time and effort that is going to be put into this matter so I'm going to go ahead and say thank you in advance if somebody could please get back with me by sometime this evening before you close that would be amazing have a great day bye bye
