I made several purchases today ****.*I selected a pack of nails that didn't need glue that was on a rack listed $* & $* merchandise* at checkout they rang up $* I told the cashier at str* ***** **** Michoud Blvd. The rack had a different price. She called the store manager over* she was rude "where did you get this from " as if was trying to get a cheaper price. I took her to the rack where there was a rack full at $* she asked me if I wanted the nails or not *I told her yes but at the price it was listed for. She threw them on the counter or at least I thought. When I got home I had a different type of nails that required glue. I don't use glue on and never would have accepted that if she would have informed me of the switch. My husband had the car so I wasn't able to get back to the store until hours later. I tried calling the store all day *** *** **** never got an answer. I got my husband to take me to the store to let the manager know I was aware she gave me a product I didn't want. She had gone for the day.The assistant manager wasn't much better. She told me she will issue a credit to my debit card. They had new help and put the nails under the wrong price. I explain that wasn't my fault and they should have charged the price they were listed for as other stores have done in the past when it was thrir fault. **The reasons why I'm upset is not the money,but the attitudes and thinking was I trying to pay less. Blaming the new workers and not assuming the responsibility of a store manager and maintaining a good customer. I will not do business there any more I'll pass that store and drive further for better customer service. I will tell my family ,friends and neighbors of my experience. I think yall should do a better job of hiring.*I need a call regarding this matter.*Your store manger **********Asst manager * *******
