I am a past customer ...Tracy schweickert and i canceled excede at the end of the month and was told to call in the begining of the month to cancel. I did and for some reason i was charged for a month of service i didnt get. I called and thought this issue was resolved as i was told that my account would be credited to my account and this ALL should be documented as all of this is true and i am not pulling this out of my ***. Now lets say almost a year latter i get a collection notice saying i owe **.** from southwest credit... i am apalled that your company would set standars like this and say one thing and do another. It ruins peoples credit and faith in people. Go ahead and please investigate this issue and you will see i am not lying and i would like this resolved.... the *** dollar question... qhy wait so long and also i am supper busy all the time . Do you think i have all the time in the qorld to deal with this unprofessional and wishy washy professional behavior. I did not use this service and i canceled it... i had called at least * times about this issue and from what i was told it was resolved...apparently not... my phone number is ***-***-****
