I ordered a wedding planner for my daughter and had it shipped to her. Her unit number was not on the label so Fedex did not deliver and sent it back to you. It has been in Texas since *****. I have emailed you * times and tried to call with no answer. order number *******
Because I've gotten no response from the emails
I would like the planner to be routed to the address or a new one sent out.
Tried calling Fedex, their wait time is ** minutes
I have an issue with Erincondren.com too
