I have Encompass auto and homeowner's insurance. On May **, ****, my car was rear-ended by another car on I-** near Columbia, SC. I initially reported claim to Encompass agent but Progressive (insurer of driver at fault) said they would handle. Progressive called today to say that they might not have enough coverage (a third car was damaged in same accident) and that I should proceed through my carrier. Car is already at body shop per Progressive instruction from last week. Shop is Precision Unibody, **** Cox Road, Madison, GA *****. Ph. ***-***-****. Please get in touch with Chris at Precision Unibody to schedule meeting with adjuster and confirm with me that I may continue to rent the car that Progressive had authorized through Enterprise.
