I recently started taking Omega Q Plus Max and noticed a significant drop in my blood pressure, but I also experienced premature heartbeats. The irregular rhythm was quite noticeable, especially against my chest wall. I decided to reduce my intake from two capsules to one, but the premature beats persisted. I skipped a dose today, and the irregular rhythm seems to be improving. Given my low weight of 98 lbs and height of 5'8", I suspect two capsules a day may be too much for me at almost 81 years old. Although the BP support pill helps, Omega Plus worked better for me. I have a clean bill of heart health with no diabetes. Considering trying one pill every other day to see if I can tolerate it better.
