I entered into a legal contract with dave mattock.for **,***.** to build musicl school. He gave payment and i started working. I've done other storm for him and had no problem asyou can see in past checks. I had to deposit check in my bank wells fargo. They released *** dollars and **** was to be released tuesday the **th and rest later.well he broke contract for no reason and ian Sueing him then * days after i deposited he canceled check,which put my account negative ***.**. That was wrong.it was a contract case.it should of went to court and the judge decides who is owed what. It wasn't a case of theft or something. He didit in purpose. I am sueing him. And I don't know whyyou allow this to happen.
