Hi digit, I’m getting really overwhelmed regarding on my money in digit because I have made a new checking account and I did not know that I have to withdrawl the money first before closing the old checking account. It seems that the only way to get my money back from digit is by via check sent to my home Address, but in order to do that I must identify myself but there was a problem that they couldn’t identify me, I tried to identify myself again but it just keeps saying that I have already verify my identity and that my best option is to message you. This is my *nd or *rd message to you guys, and I’m really sorry for not being patient as I am really worried. With so much money that I have saved in the digit app, I just feel like it’s gonna go away. I have sent my Home Address already, my ID card and two paystubs to the person who was helping me yesterday, but I haven’t got an email message back since. I just need a confirmation that everything’s gonna be okay. It’s really hard for me to other things when I have to worry about this. I’m really sorry again. I just really need your help. If possible maybe I can give you my new account number and routing number so that you remove my old checking account and have my new one in the digit app. Thank you. -Brian
