We visited the Westminster, MD location on Saturday January **th at noon. We had a party of five and two of the members were not present yet but we wanted to get the table early. The manager (who we have seen before and have also had issues with before name Benny I believe?) started walking up to the host stand saw us and walked away about * feet before he got to the hosts stand. Another waitress who saw us came over to seat us instead. Then our actual waitress came over. She was an older lady with grey long hair and had an attitude as soon as she walked up to the table. The first words out of her mouth were "what are you drinking?" Not hello, not my name is "...". Very unprofessional and unfriendly. The other two members of the party came in and she was still rude. We then watched as she went over two tables and was very friendly. We ordered our food and had drinks that were empty and she could clearly see that but ignored them. When our food came it was cold, barely had anything on the plate and one of the people at our table asked for no mushrooms in her skillet meal when she ordered. When she showed the waitress she said "Those aren't mushrooms it's zucchini". I tasted one and it clearly was a mushroom. No refills were offered and the service was absolutely horrible. I have never been treated so horribly in a restaurant. I've worked in a few to know that is not how wait staff or even management should be. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. When we went to pay for the meal the manager didn't even ask how anything was, just told us our totals and rang us out. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this Denny's but its certainly the worst I've ever experienced at ANY restaurant! Looking forward to hearing your response to this situation.
