I was simply trying to return * out * products we didn't need ... I contacted Dell yesterday to return * out of * items we bought. The items are fine. We just don't need them. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who told me I needed to return with Purolator return labels and that I would have them sent to my email within ** hours. I also spoke to someone via chat who told me the same thing. ** hours has come and gone and I didn't get them. So I called today. Turns out the email address they had was wrong. So after spending another ** minutes on the phone, I was assured that I would have the email within * minutes of the conversation. That was an hour ago. So far, I've spent about * hours to simply return an item to Dell. It should NOT be this complicated. Reference number, or service request number is **********.
I don't have time to spend this much time on this.
Sending me my return shipping labels as asked!
