I am having trouble logging into the website where I am registered. Every time I try to reset my password through the link sent to my email, it ends up in an endless loop of invalid passwords. This is quite frustrating as I am unable to access the site to make any bookings. I am a member at the Gloucester UK branch, my name is S. Radcliffe, and my membership number is [redacted]46. My son, O. Radcliffe, is also a member. I just want to get my email account registered correctly, receive a working password, and be able to log in without any issues. If I cannot resolve this online, I would appreciate a contact number for tech support during business hours. Thank you.

Hello, I am a dealer from Khurai, Sagar (district) representing GP ENTERPRISES. I sold a LED to the customer, Govind Kurmi, mobile number [redacted], on October [redacted]. The LED has faced issues three times before and was repaired, but now it has malfunctioned for the fourth time. Despite complaining on October 20, [redacted], no visit has been made so far. The service center requested us to send the LED to Sagar, which is 50 km away from Khurai. They then contacted the customer for a code sent to his mobile number. However, since October 26, [redacted], there has been no progress, and the LED remains unrepaired. The LED is at the service center, and we urge for legal action against them for their lack of service.

I have been struggling to cancel my gym membership for several months now. I attempted to schedule a call as instructed, only to face a week-long wait to actually speak to someone. To my surprise, the representative refused to speak with my partner, citing that I had scheduled the call. Our contract clearly states that all individuals listed on the membership application are equally responsible. After reaching out through the app, I was directed to email the local branch to provide my one month's notice. Despite sending two emails, I have yet to receive a response. I also requested a call from the manager on Monday, which did not happen. I have made numerous attempts through scheduled calls and emails, but the issue remains unresolved. During my discussion with a salesperson about joining DL West Bridgford, I mentioned my autoimmune disease, inflammatory arthritis, which can be unpredictable. I was assured that I could pause my membership at any time. Unfortunately, after an accident on the squash court in late June aggravated my condition, I had to refrain from using the facilities due to the pain. When I inquired about suspending my membership, I was instructed to obtain a letter from my GP as proof. However, there was a misunderstanding, and the receptionist claimed to have called me, although I had no record of these calls. I recently received a letter instructing me to contact the surgery to arrange for a letter from the doctor, which I am expecting by this Friday. Today, I spoke with Sebastian from membership services and learned that memberships can only be suspended for a month or multiples of a month, contrary to what I was initially informed. I hope to resume using DLWB next week if the treatment I receive addresses the lingering pain I am experiencing.

Hello, I recently took my children to a local tennis club where they enjoyed playing. The club is one of the top tennis facilities in the country, and we were considering joining. However, we also checked out a local DL and were impressed. Sadly, our children preferred the tennis academy after they had already played at the tennis club and knew the coaches. When I mentioned their preference to a sales representative during a follow-up call, I felt rushed off the phone. I was hoping the sales representative would offer a pay-and-play option to help persuade my children, but that didn't happen. Any assistance with this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I was surprised to learn that a family member was at your David Lloyds in Chorley where a staff member named Anthony from the restaurant was recently arrested for various charges, including domestic violence toward a minor. The presence of weapons and drugs only adds to the concern. It is hard to believe that your company would allow someone who has been arrested for such serious offenses to continue working there. If this staff member is still employed, I will not feel comfortable having my family members return to the gym.

Hello, I am currently working in Oxford and was unaware that my Warrington membership had expired. I visited the Oxford location on Tuesday evening for a swim and meal, and when I returned on Wednesday for another swim and food, I was informed at the front desk that my membership had lapsed. I inquired about purchasing a day pass but was told by the staff that it was a members-only club. When I asked if I could at least have a meal, I was initially allowed, but then stopped by the same staff member who stated that it was for members only. The attitude and lack of communication were disappointing. I suggested rejoining but was told I could only do so at the Warrington club, not in Oxford. Working away from home can be stressful, and all I wanted was a place to relax. Unfortunately, I may have to explore other options due to this experience. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, On the evening of December 29, [redacted], my daughter, parents, and I were invited as guests by my brother, his partner, and her son, who are diamond members of Acton Sport Club. Unfortunately, the treatment we received was completely unacceptable. An employee, Mica Hamilton, approached us in the family changing room regarding the use of the facilities. Despite our children being over 14, she did not permit us to use the pool, displaying rude, obnoxious, and passive-aggressive behavior. Furthermore, she was racist towards my brother when he tried to explain the situation. It was extremely disappointing to experience such treatment, especially since it was meant to be a pleasant family outing and our introduction to the club. Dear Havells Team, I hope you're having a good day. My name is Rahul Kumar, and I purchased a 1 Ton Split AC from Amazon in November [redacted]. I have attached the bill copy for your reference. Since the purchase, I have been experiencing issues with the AC, and despite several attempts to get it replaced, I have not been successful. Initially, during the colder months in November, I did not use the AC. However, when I started using it in March, I noticed it was not cooling effectively. After contacting customer support, the AC was serviced in April, but the issue persisted. The service agent mentioned a gas refill was required, which took a month to complete, but still did not resolve the cooling problem. I have made multiple follow-up calls, but the problem remains unresolved. I'm writing to express my complaint regarding my experience with the David Lloyd Epsom branch. I signed up for a 14-day membership for myself and my son but unfortunately, during the Christmas period, I discovered that the spa and swimming pool were closed for maintenance. I contacted Martin who assured me of a refund of £28 for both of us or an extension of 28 days to use the facilities. Despite numerous attempts to follow up and several unfulfilled promises from Martin, I have yet to receive the refund or the extension as promised. I am frustrated with the lack of response and repeated false assurances, and I would appreciate clarity on this matter. I joined David Lloyd York a month ago with a three-month membership. I've been unable to download the DL app, making it difficult to book classes without calling the club. Despite attempts from various staff members to assist, the issue persists. After contacting the David Lloyd app team, I was advised to download the latest DL app, which I have already done. I kindly request assistance with this matter as I believe it's affecting my overall experience at David Lloyd.

Dear Sir, I purchased a Lloyd 1.5-ton 5-star AC on 23/5/[redacted] from C.H. Sales. When the service technician visited, he refused to install it due to the stone wall in my house, stating they don't install on stone walls. I contacted C.H. Sales, who agreed to send someone after additional charges. The mechanic finally installed it but it stopped cooling on 9/7/[redacted]. Upon complaining, I was informed by the service center that the gas had run out and installation was incorrect, requiring re-installation for Rs. [redacted]. I voided my children's tennis and swimming lessons via the instructors and the David Lloyd App on June 2nd. I got an email on June 5th from the swimming supervisor confirming the cancellation of the lessons by the end of the month. My kids had their final swimming class on June 30th as scheduled. However, on July 18th, I was contacted by central office payments claiming I owed fees. Despite explaining the situation and providing the email confirmation, they mentioned the club hadn't canceled centrally. After contacting the supervisor again on July 24th and receiving assurance that it would be sorted, the fees remained on my account by the end of August. The branch manager assured me he would personally address it, but as of now, the fees are still there. This issue is causing me stress and inconvenience, making it uncomfortable for me to use the Club due to alerts of unpaid fees.

I am a member of the Newhaven Club and I have been experiencing issues with cancelled lessons for my children. Despite cancelling the tennis and swimming lessons back in June through both the instructors and the David Lloyd App, I have been contacted regarding unpaid fees. I provided evidence of the cancellations via email and spoke to the branch manager who assured me it would be resolved. However, the fees are still showing on my account causing me stress whenever I try to use the Club facilities. I am disappointed by the lack of follow-through on resolving this matter.
