My battery completely died when I had two passengers in the car. With the minimal battery I had left, I contacted Help Lift as recommended. I sent a message explaining my issue, but unfortunately, my battery stopped working altogether. I suggested to the passengers to call the company for another driver. The first passenger canceled and requested another taxi, which was fine. The second passenger didn't respond and got upset. I told them that if they knew their address, I could still take them, but they never replied, possibly due to a language barrier. Two essential things I learned from this experience: always have an extra charger and keep a map handy as suggested by the taxi company, Lift. As a result, Lift has deactivated my account. I have a rented car and need to regain access to my account to continue working, improving as a driver, and providing a better service.

I have been using my Facebook account for years. Recently, it was disabled without any warning. I live in Seattle, Washington but have been staying in Nairobi, Kenya for almost three months. I heavily rely on Facebook to stay in touch with my son, family, friends, and professional contacts while in Africa, as using messenger for phone contact here is very expensive. Due to facing significant financial difficulties, I reached out to my friends for help, and some responded. However, I discovered that my account being disabled has affected my email and various financial aspects, putting my safety at risk and hindering my ability to contact my son.
