Hello, I am requesting that your company cease sending me bills and threatening emails. I did not intentionally subscribe to your magazine. After seeing numerous reports of individuals falling for your Facebook scheme, I realized I was misled into purchasing your magazine after participating in a contest. Kindly remove my information from your mailing list immediately. I am a current subscriber to Country Living Magazine and I enjoy the publication. Recently, I have been receiving urgent renewal notifications in the mail and decided to renew online for $12.95 yesterday morning. Shortly after, I received a notification offering a $5 discount for renewing promptly. I would appreciate it if I could cancel my renewal from yesterday (3/22/19) and take advantage of this current offer. Thank you for your help. - Mary Gust

I discovered a charge on my credit card for a year-long subscription that I never authorized. Upon contacting customer service, my subscription was cancelled, but they mentioned it would take 3-4 weeks to refund my bank account. This delay is not acceptable as I have been unemployed for three years and cannot afford to wait. The representative I spoke to was indifferent and rushed. Despite being a loyal subscriber for years, I am extremely dissatisfied with this treatment. Using my bank account without permission is unacceptable. The situation is worsened by: 1. Unauthorized charge 2. Long refund timeframe 3. Lack of empathy 4. Breach of my bank account security 5. Misuse of my account details 6. Unhelpful customer service interaction I am outraged and intend to report this violation of my card and bank account. I enrolled in a promotion for Country Living and Good Housekeeping at a rate of $19.97 for a year. I was informed that my Country Living subscription was set to auto-renew. I cancelled the auto-renewal online and received a confirmation. Later, I sent a check (#[redacted]) along with a special promo card for the magazines. The check was cleared on 2-5-19, but I have not yet received any magazines. I would appreciate a human contacting me to provide information on when I can expect to receive the magazines I paid for. **Subject: Cancellation of Subscription** I did not sign up for this magazine and have never received any issues. I refuse to pay for something that I did not order. It's concerning to see multiple complaints about this misleading practice. I have contacted your team three times without resolution. I demand to be removed from the mailing list immediately and to cancel any supposed subscription. This continuous demand for payment is nothing short of harassment. Your company needs to review its policies and conduct business ethically. I have retained copies of all correspondences in case legal action becomes necessary. Cease all requests for payment and unsubscribe me at once.

I wanted to let you know why I have decided to cancel my subscription to your magazine. The latest issue was left in my driveway while my mail was on hold for my travels without any notice from you. The driveway is not a suitable place for deliveries, and my porch is also not covered, making it unsuitable for leaving items. I have a mailbox and a paper box designated for subscription deliveries. I have contacted Doordirect to stop delivering to this location, but if it takes a while to resolve, I may continue to receive issues like this one. If it had been raining, the magazine would have been ruined.

My card was unexpectedly charged for a Country Living magazine subscription. This was a gift for my mother from a promotion last year that was supposed to cost $5, but now they are charging me $28 without any prior notice. Unfortunately, I do not have the account number as it is not provided on the magazine since it arrives wrapped in plastic. The recipient's name is Patricia Conroy, the address it's sent to is 79 Algonquin Trail, Shelton CT under the name Cherrie A Perry. This subscription needs to be canceled as my sister, Elaina Poppa, does not even enjoy receiving the magazine.

I have not received any issues of Country Living for the past year unless I call the toll-free number to report the problem. I have paid for a subscription up to April [redacted], yet no magazines have been delivered to my house. Every month, I contact them to inform them that I haven't received my magazine. My account number is [redacted], and my name is Janine M. My zip code is [redacted]. I am unsure what else to do. I feel like I have wasted my money on this subscription. I am frustrated and considering not renewing my subscription. I hope someone in the Philippines can assist me. Please, I need help.

Can someone please assist me without requiring me to make multiple calls to the Philippines using the phone number provided in the initial pages of Country Living magazine? I have been a long-time buyer of the Country Living Diary, but I am struggling to find it available for purchase anywhere. Since the Front Porch delivery system started, I have been experiencing issues with getting my magazine on time. The magazine ends up in my yard, exposed to the weather or potential theft. I contacted the person listed on the delivery notice, but since then, I have not received the November or December issues. I reached out via email to the responsible person, who assured me the problem would be addressed, but no action has been taken yet. It is frustrating to pay for magazines that I do not receive. I have been a loyal subscriber for approximately 30 years, but I am contemplating canceling my subscription due to these ongoing problems.

I have always appreciated your magazine and never minded the cost. Lately, I've noticed a decrease in the content quality. The Jan-Feb [redacted] edition was somewhat interesting and informative, but the current issues seem lacking. The design on page 9 is unappealing, and the sofa on page 58 doesn't fit the historical setting. I understand that decorating is subjective, but I expect more from a magazine like this. I hope the next edition will be an improvement because right now, it feels like the magazine is losing its sophisticated "country living" charm.

I've been a devoted reader of Country Living for as long as I can remember. Recently, I came across a beautiful painting by Mary Mathieson in the March [redacted] issue titled "Best In Show" on page [redacted]. I am eager to obtain a copy of this artwork. Any assistance in acquiring it would truly make me ecstatic. Even if it's a matter of enlarging it at a Drawing Office, I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide.
