I work for a State Government Agency, (SC DHEC) and we currently utilize your services. Apparently a credit card holder put her card on file for billing but the employee passed away in January and upon the automatic renewal, the card was declined. We need to renew however there are two issues that need addressing before we can move forward. *) According to our states procurement rules, we cannot place any credit card on file for automatic billing and *) We have a T&C acknowledgement form that will need to be signed off on after review. We would like to get this resolved no later than tomorrow. **Note: We have spoken with a gentlemen by the name of "Brandon" from your customer service and he stated that he made several notes that anyone can pull up to assist with this purchase.
