I have dialed the BBVA bank numbers provided. All I want to do is use my BBVA debit card in COsta Rica one time on vacation . Dialed *********** from CR * Enterprise Car Sales??*International number *********** is disconnected. Dialed *********** for Cust Servc cannot call from outside the USA ... The *-*** * on the back of my debit card gives me a busy signalSo BBVA does not service customers when outside the USA boundaries which means I am closing my account ... the WORST service availability I have ever experienced in the consumer finance biz ... by design I am sure ... none of the contact numbers given by BBVA work outside the USA! ... thats actually what "THE WALL" is for ... to keep the ignorant Americans in and the international problem solver out. I tried to send BBVA a request to call ... of course, I cannot enter a foreign phone number with a country code and * domestic digits and of course, there is no way to write any text to explain this ... it's useless and MUST BE THAT I AM NOT THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER BBVA WANTS ... INFORMED ... INTERNATIONAL and EDUCATED ... Someone from BBVA needs to please call me within ** hours at ***-***-****-**** in Costa Rica so I can use my debit card or I am closing this account within the first week I am home and sharing the arduous cumbersome process of simple using my own money that I store at BBVA!
