I had * items taken from my room* two watches, a Michael Kors and Fossile watch along with some gold earrings. . I checked my room before I checked out and they weren't there, so I just assumed that they were already packed. I didn't check my luggage, but I did go back to the room to check again. They had already cleaned my room. I'm not sure when my items were taken. I had stayed there three nights I called the hotel and spoke with Jamie and she had her manager call me back. Jessica is the name that she gave me. She was very rude, she told me that I must have lost them because her employees don't steal. I asked her how could I lose two watches and a pair of earrings. She just started going off. I asked her the the district manager number, she said "you don't know it" Then she blurted out something that I couldn't understand. Then, the phone went dead . First let me say this, I don't believe in messing wit with people livelihood, but my items are gone . Secondly, Jessica was very disrespectful and her attitude was not warranted. Thirdly, I was taken back with the way that she came at me, she treated me like I had done something wrong. I had to remind her that I was the customer, she said that she didn't care. I then asked her again for the district manager name and number she refused My account *'s are ********* and *********. Comfort Suites AR***, RM *** ***-*** checkout. I want Jessica disciplined and I want my items returned please. I will never wrongly accuse anyone for taking anything that they didn't take, but I know for certain, that I didn't lose these three items. I'm just furious, especially at Jessica, her reactions were uncalled for, she showed no nor did she apologize for any inconvenience and she was defensive the minute she called. Jessica showed no professionalism at all , she represented your company badly, very very badly. I want her taken care of and this issue resolved please.
