The issue in GetHuman-abronj's own words
It happens to be multiple issues I have faced. The first is that since I've had my comdata paycard, I have never been able to go online to manage my account. I never received the necessary information needed to access my transaction records and manage my future payments. It's horribly inconvenient and has made things extremely difficult in the way of accurate money management.**The second is more so tied to the first in that thus morning I had a mysterious transaction approved on my card that I know absolutely nothing about in the amount of $**.**. There is nothing I know of in my automatic withdrawals that would ever be for that amount and I am very upset that that money is gone in the first place.**If at all possible, I would like to request a new confirmation code so that I can access and manage my card and all transactions online to prevent this from happening again.**Thank you,*Jasmyne
