I placed an order for personalized holiday cards on 11/21 with order number #[redacted]. I was informed on 12/6 that the order would ship on 12/9, and I received a DHL shipping notification stating delivery by the end of yesterday. However, today I was notified that delivery is postponed until the end of tomorrow. This prolonged process has lasted over three weeks. Despite having other options, I chose to remain loyal to your company. Given the order was with you for so long, expedited shipping would have been appreciated to hasten delivery of the cards and labels. It's disappointing that the labels and cards are being shipped separately by FedEx and DHL, with DHL delivering close to the weekend. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I may not choose your services for card orders next year unless something is done to rectify this situation.

I placed an order for return address labels for a friend and paid the shipping and handling fee as indicated during the order. However, when the labels arrived at the Pawnee City post office, there was a postage due of $1.98. I reached out to customer service, who directed me to Josh in CAC resource. Josh agreed to cover the extra postage since it was not my error. This occurred in April [redacted], and I am yet to receive the refund. I believe this is not acceptable for a business operation. My details are Cheryl D., residing at [redacted] 5th St., Pawnee City, NE [redacted]. The order was placed on 4-3-23 with Order #[redacted]. I kindly request a resolution to this issue. Thank you.
