I am a fan of Circle K in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Lately, I have noticed some concerning behavior at the stores located at [redacted] West Picacho Ave. and [redacted] West Picacho Ave. Specifically, during the night shift, I have encountered an employee who appears to be under the influence of drugs. This employee, who goes by the name Karenina, has been observed engaging in drug-related activities on multiple occasions, including exchanging money for drugs. This behavior is alarming, especially considering one of the stores is situated across the street from a middle school. It is my hope that addressing this issue will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and their families.

I visited the store at [redacted] Edgewood Ave S, Jacksonville, FL [redacted] and noticed a handwritten sign stating they do not accept food stamp EBT cards. When I inquired with the cashier, Robert, he rudely mentioned that their machine was not working and implied I should leave after answering my query. A woman named Tonya was present, not in uniform, and standing on the other side of the counter. When I asked Robert about speaking with the Manager regarding the EBT policy, Tonya interjected explaining that there is no Manager anymore since they have a new owner. She shared that the new owner would address EBT acceptance after they set up their own systems. I am curious if it's true that the store is no longer a Circle K as Tonya mentioned and if this change is the reason for not accepting EBT. Additionally, I found it upsetting when I was asked to leave by Robert just for inquiring about their EBT policy; I believe I was merely exercising my right to ask questions. This interaction occurred on 07/20/[redacted] at 1:30 PM.

I had an unfortunate experience at Circle K on New Hope Road and Louisburgh. I purchased two packs with a $3.00 discount on each, along with a 12 oz coffee. The worker charged me much more than expected, and without a manager on duty, I could not rectify the issue immediately. I received only $8.00 back when I should have received $20.00, leaving me without cigarettes, gas, or coffee. I am extremely frustrated with the poor service from the workers at the store and feel compelled to address this matter.

I reside at [redacted] North Main Street. I frequently stop at this Circle K on my way home from Georgia while in Florida. This time, I encountered an issue with a staff member denying me access to the restroom, although I make significant purchases each visit, totaling around $[redacted]. I'm aware of the concerns with drug addicts at this location, but I am a genuine customer. The staff member mentioned she did not have permission to allow restroom access, which irritated me as I spend a substantial amount of money at this store and believe it should be at her discretion. I value the convenience of this stop and hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more pleasant experience in the future.

I'm dealing with a claim (RC[redacted]) due to damage to my car at a Circle K car wash in Illinois. I reached out to Crystal Hennings, Claims Adjuster at Circle K - Global Shared Services on Friday, September 11, to file the claim. Despite multiple phone calls and email attempts over three months, I haven't received any communication. I require the name, phone number, and email address of a reliable contact at the company who can address my claim promptly so I can proceed with fixing my car.

I recently went to the store to buy drinks with my fiance using my longboard. Despite being a regular customer, I was unexpectedly asked to leave my $[redacted] board outside after browsing the store for a few minutes. An older gentleman, who wasn't an employee, intervened and acted confrontational towards me. The lady at the register named Susie, with white hair and works third shift, allowed this behavior. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing, leading me to decide not to shop there anymore. I'm located at the Boone, NC store on State Farm Rd. I would appreciate speaking to a manager to address this issue and ensure such unprofessional behavior is corrected for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As an employee of Circle K, I feel honored to be part of this company. Our main goal is to provide excellent customer service, and I believe we do our best to fulfill our duties and contribute positively. I'm writing to address the need for easier access to departments like human resources. Currently, when trying to reach human resources, I encounter a constant recording stating the person is unavailable. It's essential for the company to support its employees so we can better serve our customers. I hope that improvements can be made to facilitate easier communication within the company. Thank you.

On July 2, [redacted] at 12:09 am, I used my debit card at the pump to buy $15 worth of fuel. However, my account was charged an extra $63 by Circle K, leaving my account at -15. Typically, pending transactions are for a higher amount to cover potential expenses. Although my $15 transaction went through, Circle K has not released the remaining funds. I urgently need to buy food for my dogs, and my family. I hope this issue is resolved quickly as I can't afford to wait for days without access to my funds. I have evidence to support my claim. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing issues with the store manager at Circle K located at [redacted] South Bloomington Street in Streator, IL. The manager consistently arrives late for work and provides new excuses each time. This lateness affects both the overnight workers and their families. As a manager, her behavior sets a poor example for the rest of the staff. Additionally, she allows employees to neglect their duties, leading to a messy store with food left out and supplies constantly running low due to improper ordering. Night shift employees often have to clean up after others and deal with the consequences of her mismanagement.

I visited store number [redacted] on East Colonial this morning to purchase a bag of chips and some peaches. My total was $3.85. I paid with a Sacagawea dollar coin, which the clerk found too dirty to accept. I tried to clean the coin in the men's bathroom, but it lacked soap and was dirty. The clerk, who was on the phone throughout the transaction, inspected my coin after I cleaned it. He was unhelpful and dismissive when I expressed my concerns about the cleanliness of the coin and the bathroom. When I asked for the store's number, he was rude and indifferent, stating he didn't care if I reported him. His behavior was unprofessional.

I used to work at Circle K in Amelia, Ohio. I resigned with a two weeks' notice but was told to leave immediately, causing financial strain. This store lacks proper management. I need paperwork from the county for assistance due to the impact of this situation. I am reaching out for help as a mentally handicapped individual. My efforts to contact the store's manager have been futile. This situation seems illegal. Please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this before I escalate the matter. My name is Angie H. I was removed from the system after resigning, preventing me from accessing my paycheck details. The county office I rely on is Cincinnati Behavioral Health Care Services, and my case manager is Vanessa O. We require assistance promptly, or we will consider legal action.

On numerous occasions, I've visited the store on Hwy K in O'Fallon, MO, near my home, and noticed an employee who appears to be intoxicated. This individual has been confrontational with customers and made disparaging remarks about them and others. While I appreciate most of the employees at the store, there is one notable exception. Melissa lacks helpfulness and friendliness, often getting into arguments with customers and creating an unpleasant atmosphere that drives people away. It seems probable that her behavior is adversely affecting the store's sales, as she has even discouraged patrons from returning. It is concerning to witness someone working while under the influence of alcohol, especially to the extent that she seems to do so regularly.

Yesterday at 6pm, my friends and I visited the Circle K located at [redacted] W Court St, Pasco WA. To our surprise, the worker on duty refused to let us into the store. He was seated in his car smoking and informed us that he was on break. He asked us to wait for about 10 minutes until his break was over before rejoining his smoke. This was a new experience for us, and we found it unprofessional. As a result, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

I recently visited the Circle K convenience store in Lawrenceville, Illinois located at the corner of State and 15th. As a regular customer, my experience was mostly positive, although there was an issue with missing lottery tickets. Despite not receiving a bag for my purchases, I left with gas, lottery tickets, drinks, and Slim Jims. When I got home, I noticed that two $2 tickets were missing, so I called the store to inform the staff. I am requesting a reimbursement of $4 for the missing items. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Becky

At the location on [redacted] E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ, [redacted], I often purchase food, drinks, and occasionally gas. On a few occasions, I've encountered a specific employee who has been confrontational towards me. Despite reporting this behavior and the store's termination policy for such actions, the same lady was observed this morning displaying aggressive and rude behavior towards fellow employees. She not only verbally abused them but also caused a stack of clean cups to be wasted due to her inappropriate actions. When I inquired about her role to a cashier, she approached me aggressively. Feeling violated, I expressed my intention to report the incident. It's important for customers to speak up against such behavior, reconsider where they spend their money, and demand action. The unsettling atmosphere created by this employee affects everyone, and it's concerning that someone so abrasive could hold a position of authority without positively influencing the team or customer experience.

On 11/25/22 around 2:30pm, I went to the Circle K on Alameda Ave and Potomac Ave in Aurora, Colorado for a carwash. However, the carwash was not working. When I informed the clerk at the store, they refused to provide a refund, despite acknowledging the issue and contacting their manager. The clerk insisted on meeting the manager the next day at 2:00am but refused to reset the carwash or offer a refund. Throughout the interaction, the clerk repeatedly declined my requests, displaying rude behavior. I am seeking assistance on how to obtain a refund of the $16.00 I was charged for the non-functional carwash. Kindly reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Best regards, Chris M. [redacted]

This morning at 4:08 AM, I was at the Circle K in Senoia, Georgia on [redacted] Wells St. Senoia, GA, and the cashier was a young female named Amberly. I wanted to buy lottery tickets, gas, coffee, and cigarettes. Although I forgot my ID for the cigarettes, I planned to pay after pumping gas. Unfortunately, the gas pump malfunctioned, and despite my efforts to get the cashier's attention, she was distracted by her boyfriend. After a delay, she mentioned I waited too long. When I went back inside, I expressed my frustration to someone on the phone, not to the cashier. Misunderstanding, she reacted negatively and criticized my actions. I also noticed unprofessional behavior between her and her boyfriend in previous visits. The cashier argued with me about the situation and mentioned a refund for my card might take days. I felt mistreated and frustrated by the cashier's behavior and attitude towards me. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I recently visited the Circle K at [redacted] Highway 80 in Phenix City, Alabama. I mistakenly told the attendant pump number five instead of the correct pump which was number seven. When the attendant tried to correct it, the dollars disappeared. They assured me it would be refunded to my card within three business days. I rely on Circle K for my fuel needs but this delay is frustrating. I am considering switching to another gas station like Murphy's. Since I have been a loyal customer since Circle K first opened in Columbus, Georgia, I am disappointed by this situation. I hope Circle K can improve their refund process to avoid inconveniencing customers like me who depend on prompt refunds. I am frustrated and unsure how to proceed until the money is returned.

I recently had a concerning encounter at the Circle K located at [redacted] Bayline Dr, North Fort Myers, FL [redacted]. There is an employee with white hair and long compression socks who consistently gives me and my fiance a hard time whenever we visit the store. During our last visit on Tuesday, April 11th between 5 and 6 P.M., this employee rudely yelled at my fiance and embarrassed another customer by accusing her of theft in a loud manner. I find this behavior completely unacceptable, especially since I have witnessed similar incidents with other customers. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, creating an environment where customers feel valued and want to return. The lack of professionalism displayed by this particular employee, contrasted with the positive demeanor of another employee named Chell, is stark. Chell has always been pleasant during my visits, while the employee with the compression socks behaves unkindly and aggressively towards customers. I believe it is crucial for the management to address this issue and ensure that all employees uphold the standards of customer service. The behavior described is not only distressing but also detrimental to the store's reputation and customer loyalty. This employee's conduct should be closely monitored via the security cameras to prevent further incidents that could potentially drive customers away.

Around 10:30 or 11:00 last night, my fiancé and I had an altercation with one of your store employees. I repeatedly asked for his name, but no one would provide it. We were looking for boxes next to your dumpster because we are moving. The employee started screaming and yelling at me to leave, using profanity and derogatory language. Despite the confrontation, I backed off and asked why he was speaking to me that way, only to be met with further insults and threats of police involvement. As I left on my motor scooter, the employee struck me on the head with a metal pipe, also injuring my innocent fiancé's finger. This experience has left us scared to return to the store. We seek a resolution and hope to be contacted promptly before involving legal counsel.
