I'm not sure if you're understanding my situation. I'm still trying to to get my initial$**.** back from ********** I changed the debit card with the$**.** to a new card and the money didn't get onto my new card.

Get my money back from ******** ... I'm extremely frustrated with this company. I only wanted to check my score once, and only once. Now my account keeps being withdrawn. I tried to explain to someone to cancel my membership please. I was told that I would be able to get my money back. I have changed my account number for other reasons and explained that also to this company. My old account ends in **** and my new account ends in **** my numbers online end in **** all I want is for your company to put $**.** back.
