I need to please speak to a supervisor or anyone who can help please I am with out lights a switch hold was put on this address that I reside the past tenant is on disability and fell ill and could no longer pay his bills. I have resumed the lease and am his care,attendant as well through a home health agency I am employed by I was never on the account I only called to assist him and made that very clear I have legal documentations that should resolve me of this. I paid fur service with another light provider I should not be held accountable fur this I have been faxing scanning documents to try to resolve this, the previous tenant closed the account gave them his new address in the meantime I have no lights and I need a live person to contact me or direct me what to do. I tried to help a disabled person I care for on a daily basis and have been punished fur this I need someone to call me back
