Send leads to CDK CRM and have them assign to the employee by the employee name in the lead. ... Good afternoon, My name is Joshua Ross with Trade In Valet. We are a lead provider for dealers websites. We have integration with multiple CRM's where we pass the salesperson's name in the lead under the Vendor section of the XML file. *This will assign the lead directly to the employee if they are setup to get leads or not. We have multiple mutual clients that use CDK CRM and i was wondering if you have a setting or feature like this in your CRM to assign leads.**Below is an example of the Lead Vendor section in the XML file sent to the CRM. *In this example, *id sequence*"*" source*"AgentId"**we put the employees DMS id number that is setup in their CRM.*Other CRM's we put the employees name or their username for the CRM.***vendor*** *id sequence*"*" source*""*Dealer ID Here**id** *id sequence*"*" source*"AgentID"***id** *id sequence*"*" source*""***id** *id sequence*"*" source*"AgentID"*******id** *vendorname*Dealer Name Here**vendorname***contact primarycontact*"*"***name part*"full"***name**email***email***phone***phone***contact****vendor****if you are able to assign leads based on this, What setting needs to be enabled In CDK CRM and what i would put in the Agent ID field to have the lead assign directly to the employee. **Thank you
