Eat Frozen Dairy Dessert Bars, without freezer burned texture, as they usually are but were not this time: perfect. ... Hello,I have been buying your product "Carb Smart: Smooth Mint Bars" over the past month from my local grocery store. They are awesome, my wife and I love them. Once thing we like the most over all other ice cream like it, is the Texture. The Texture is smooth, and perfect. We have bought two boxes this week and they both have been different. They have a more gritty texture, almost like they are freezer burnt. The grocery store I buy them from just got a new shipment in and I bought the first * boxes in the lot they put out. Both boxes I bought had the same bad texture. It is very disappointing to spend the money and have no way of being compensated. We bought a box of the "Carb Smart: Chocolate" and they texture with those was perfect, as normal. It leads me to believe that these two boxes are either freezer burned, or something was off with the batch. Here is the numbers from the box that may be helpful, hopefully: JUN******H ***** **:**. All we want is to be compensated for the product we bought. I didn't save the first bad box as I thought it would be a fluke, but both boxes of mint were bad. we paid $*.** per box of * bars. I just want the mint carb smart bars, as they usually are. However you deem that compensation is fine with me. Send me new ice cream, send a coupon? Thank you for taking the time to read this. Because I not only bought one box, I bought. second box hoping that the first box was a fluke and the second box would have that usual perfect awesome smooth texture that it always has.

I buy these things often, and tell everyone how awesome they are.
