The issue in GetHuman-neethaja's own words
I bought a Braun silk expert ipl bd **** from Saudi Arabia on October ****...later I moved to India.... The device was working very well but I couldnt used it for * months or so ..Again when I tried to use it on last February, it was found that the white light is not coming only red light is lighting up. It seemed the sensors are detecting my skin tone which used to do that before... I gave the device to authorized Braun service center for repair on February but now they are saying thet can't repair as the product is not available in India and I need to contact the dealer from where I bought. As I have returned from Saudi Arabia, and now settled in India, how can I get my device repaired... I can't understand why the service center is providing any options in this regard....The warranty of the product will end on coming October.
