I'm Sharon Shelton. I initiated a buyback order on August 2nd, mailed the book on August 8th, but have not yet received the $40 payment for the textbook titled "Research Methods in Psychology." My order number is [redacted]. The tracking information revealed the book would reach you by August 13th, however, tracking updates have ceased since then. The customer service contact number seems to be inactive, and after reaching out via email and creating a ticket, I received a delayed response stating the book was lost. This situation seems suspicious as the post office rarely misplaces mail.
