The issue in GetHuman-nasusren's own words
I’ve been a customer for a lot of years and **% of the tops, that I order, purposely as long as possible (minimum **” long), work for me.*BUT, I’ve received a few that shrunk up like a prune or were not the size stated, or just wrong — i.e. — beautiful dress that no one could wear (bust ***”, waist * **”, hips* **”). *In this case the CHAMBRAY SHIRTS went from — my minimum length of **” — to — **” which is *” below my waist — NOT USEFUL and NOT ATTRACTIVE. I was truly sad, because when I put them on I liked everything about them (hem length, sleeve length, neck size, vertical stripes, color), then I washed them and was horrified.*I have paid the return postage each time willingly in the past, but I’ve noticed that a pattern of defects in sizing (based on your website stated specifications) and shrinking materials (in warm*cold water) has increased — as you can see in my last year “returns”. *Even if I were to iron out the mass of wrinkles, I figured it would regain about an inch in length which is unacceptable for my minimum of **” on this *’ frame. Yup! I’m tall for a woman, and have depended on Blair to provide what is advertised — in this situation **” — hopefully after it is washed.*I was truly sad, because when I put them on I liked everything about them, then I washed them and was horrified and disappointed.*Your company would do well to ensure Quality Control efforts are being incorporated effectively regarding sizing and material quirks.*I called Customer Service and the lovely woman provided me the expected return process that would definitely incur a $*.** cost. I requested another person, but she stated she couldn’t change this and was provided the same info with apologies. *I am sending the shirts and a duplicate polo shirt back with the label that will charge me $*.**.*I am asking that this particular return of $*.** RETURN CHARGE be RETURNED for my trouble with BLAIR’S DEFECTIVE MATERIAL. I feel this is only fair and if you see my history I have paid, paid, paid always. *I have also entered a Blair email for this issue.
